What do you mean 'Mobile Banking'?

Now members of ITT Employees' Federal Credit Union can use their mobile phones and other mobile devices to access their accounts on the go. This is a FREE service that provides secure access to your accounts. Please note that some carriers may charge a texting or data plan fee; please check with your carrier for more information.

What can I do with Mobile Banking?

With this service our members will be able to:

  • View account balances and recent activity
  • Transfer Funds
  • Search through account activity

How do I access my accounts?

There are two ways to use our mobile banking: Text(SMS) Banking and Mobile Browser.

Please note that you must register your phone or mobile device via a text message, even if you intend to use a mobile browser to access your accounts.

How do I enroll?

At the top of the page there is a link called Mobile Banking. Click on the link and you will be taken to an enrollment screen where you will be instructed to create a user name and register a mobile phone or device. Soon a text message will arrive to let you know that you are enrolled and prompt you to activate the service on your device.

Login L Receive a URL for the CO-OP Mobile Browser website
Recover R Receive a URL and new activation code for the CO-OP Mobile Browser web site
Stop S De-activate all CO-OP text services
Transfer T Transfer between available accounts
NOTE: You can receive all available commands by activating your phone and texting "C" to the credit union shortcode.
