ITT Employees' Federal Credit Union proudly serves ITT employees paid out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Immediate family members of those ITT Employees are also eligible to join. If you are eligible to join please complete the following steps. After submitting the completed form we will take approximately 48 hours to open your account.
Step 1:
Read and accept the Membership and Account Agreement. You can then complete the requested information on the Membership and Account Card by typing in the fields. Please note: the form is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print.
Step 2:
Print a copy of the completed Membership and Account Card (available after completing step 1.)
Step 3:
Sign and mail the completed form along with a photocopy of a state issued photo identification card (such as a driver's license) and at least a $5.00 deposit to:
